These country sisters came out to California to visit their Aunt Karen in Covina. Karen, who is one of my oldest friends, has an amazing home which backs to the country fields and creeks of covina. I grew up in Covina and the creek was at the end of our street. I have so many childhood memories of playing in this creek.
On the day of the girls photoshoot, it was alomost 100 degress but we got some great shots of Karen's nieces.
Here are few of my favorite country shots of these sweet sisters. Enjoy!

Kyler's Wish {Cyrstal Cove Senior Photographer}
Kyler had a wish. She wished she would be in California taking beautiful senior portraits on the beach. Well, she got her wish and I am so glad she chose me to be her photographer. Kyler is a senior for the class of 2012. She is from Florida, but was born here in California so it is dear to her heart.
We met down at Crystal Cove for some beautiful senior portaits. It was a perfect, sunny day and we had so much fun. Kyler was so comfortable behind the camera and I feel we captured her sweet personality.
Kyler loves the vintage look so we did a few vintage photos. Crystal Cove has so many fun areas for photos and I just know Kyler will love her senior photos.
Enjoy!

Rancho Cucamonga Photographer/ Teen Photographer/ Caroline and Claire
What adorable sisters! These teen girls are so sweet and we had so much fun hanging out in Claremont and talking these photos. Caroline and Claire are Vollyballs players for their high school in Rancho Cucamonga. They love shopping and watching America's Next Top Model. These girls are gorgeous, lean and tall so they would make the perfect models. Their mom Karen called me and asked me to take some headshots and a few portrits of the girls. I could have stayed in Claremont all day taking these sweet teens photos! I know their future of volleyball is going to be amazing and the city of Rancho Cucamonga is lucky to have such great athletes and students. Thanks for the fun afternoon girls. I can't wait to see some of the portraits blown up large!!! xo~Michelle

Upland Children and Portrait Photographer/ Bailey is Thirteen!
What a joy to take these special portraits of Bailey. I have been photographing her since she was 6 months old. I still can't believe she is thirteen. Where does the time go?
Bailey is special to so many of us due to her incredible journey she has had since being diagnosed with A.L.L (acute lymphoblastic leukemia) at the young age of 2 1/2. I remember being at her house when her Mom Jody was asking me if I thought it was normal that Bailey was bruising really easily and that her lips were white. It was only a couple days later that we discovered that Bailey had Cancer. It was such a shock to all who loved this family and we all began the long stretch of 26 months of watching Bailey go through her Chemo treatments. Praise God she has been Cancer free ever since.
Here are some older photos of Bailey. This one was from our first photo session when she was 6 months old.
Next, a photo from her second session the next year.
And this was when we found out she had Cancer. Jody wanted me to take a quick photo of her before she lost her hair. You can see her brusies on her arms. Poor girl.
This is Bailey now. A bright, healthy 13 year old girl. We are so happy for you Bailey. God has blessed you with health and a vibrant future ahead of you. It has been a pleasure watching you grow. I am looking forward to seeing where your life takes you and photographing you along the way.
